1. Refund Eligibility

Digital FSI offers a 30-day refund policy from the date of purchase. Refund requests must be submitted within this period to be eligible for consideration.

2. Refund Conditions

Refunds are available for course purchases where less than 25% of course content has been accessed. This policy ensures fair use while allowing customers to evaluate course fit.

Bundle purchases are refunded at the bundle price, not individual course prices, if refund conditions are met for all included courses.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not available after 30 days from purchase, if more than 25% of course content has been accessed, for downloaded materials that cannot be returned, or if refund privileges have been previously abused.

4. Refund Process

To request a refund, email [email protected] with your order number and reason for refund request. Requests are processed within 5-10 business days. Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method within 10-15 business days.

5. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds are not offered. Refunds are processed for complete course or bundle purchases only.

6. Promotional Purchases

Courses purchased at promotional prices are eligible for refunds at the amount paid, not the original full price.

7. Technical Issues

If technical problems prevent course access, contact our support team. We will resolve technical issues when possible before considering refunds.

8. Policy Changes

We reserve the right to modify this refund policy. Changes will be posted on this page and apply to purchases made after the modification date.
